And Beach House Amenities The large open family room has a sofa that your entire family will be able to enjoy and a beautiful fire place -- this room then winds around into a dining room and a large gourmet kitchen -- all overlooking the pool, spa, and dock areas. Whether you and your family and guests are enjoying the outdoor entertainment areas and watching the many boats go by -- or perhaps you will choose to rent a boat and enjoy our dock space, you will certainly enjoy many hours in the heated pool and grilling outside. FUN THINGS AT THIS HOME We have 4 paddle boards you can use on the quiet deep water canal or even rent boat or bring your own (we have 50 AMP electric and water at our dock). -Ping Pong Table -Peloton Bike -Foos Ball in Loft - Paddle Boards (4) If you must work, we have provided a beautiful desk and printer which overlooks the water and pool -- to give you motivation to finish up quickly! This lovely designer decorated 5 bedroom plus a loft home is great for families -- plenty of room to spread out. And the owners had me REFRESH/update the home just 18 months ago as everyone likes homes in PRISTINE CONDITION. Literally you just need to pack your suitcase with swimsuits, shorts, and sundresses -- and, of course, a toothbrush! This is an amazing property - and not to be missed. We even have a loft (6th bedroom) that has a Foosball table. The City of Lauderdale by the Sea has an Ordinance which requires a minimum 7 night stay -- and a maximum of 10 guests (yes children count). And we do screen our guests. Please note that we do split our Holiday weeks to maximize income -- (please see dates below) . HOLIDAY (DECEMBER DATES) For the 2024-2025 Holiday Season the Christmas week ends (checkout) is on December 26 -- you are more than welcome to come early and stay more days. New Year's week begins December 27 and 7 nights ends January 3 -- and you can extend past that for more nights. The EXIT Cleaning Fee is based on a 7 night stay and # of guests. When staying longer than 7 nights, there is an extended stay cleaning fee. If you are renting LONG-TERM, the Lease will require you have the home cleaned every 3 weeks by our housekeeping team.
